Overview
EcoQuest is a nature exploration app designed to inspire people of all ages to get outside, explore parks and hiking trails, and reconnect with the natural world through gamification. Users can collect wildlife and plants by identifying them with their phone, earning rewards along the way. The more you explore, the more you discover and level up—making nature walks exciting and educational!
Problem
As technology becomes more convenient, people are spending less time outdoors, often opting for screen-based entertainment over the real-world.
Solution
To reconnect people with nature, we created an interactive, gamified app that encourages outdoor exploration by letting users "collect" local wildlife and flora during hikes and park visits.
